You may not have had the Error 504 as I did but it could be something similar or even worse. Just get in touch with the relevant people but remember most of these office workers don’t know jack and often tell you to hold whilst they check online themselves, on what to do. If that happens do not smash everything up just sleep on it and call back the next day at a different time, so that way you can hopefully get a different person to deal with one who knows what he is doing.
